Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare cauliflower
First you have to wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets. Make sure that the florets are evenly sized so that they cook evenly in the oven. You can also use the stalk by cutting it into small pieces.
Step 2: Make the marinade
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil with the spices: paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric and cumin. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and stir well. The lemon juice is added at the end to give a fresh touch to the marinade.
