Fantastic pastry filled with vanilla cream

1 O it’s okay, first mix 500 g of flour, 80 g of sugar, 1 vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Add 75 g butter flakes and the egg. Heat the warm milk. Crumble into the yeast and dissolve in it. Pour into the flour mixture and knead everything with a hand mixer until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes
2. Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper. Mix 100 g flour, 80 g sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 75 g butter flakes, first with the dough hook of a hand mixer, then crumble briefly with your hands
