Assembly:
1. Cut the cake into three equal discs.
2. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream on the first disc, then a layer of chocolate spread on top.
3. Place the second disc on top and repeat the same process.
4. Finally, cover with the last disc.
5. Cover the top of the cake with smoothed whipped cream.
6. Decorate one side with the chocolate spread, spread in a wave shape.
7. Sprinkle the other side with white chocolate shavings.
