Peanut butter mousse and chocolate ganache. Creamy, velvety, just the right amount of sweetness – and without cream or eggs. Only good things. I did it partly for fun, partly out of curiosity (I had silken tofu lying around in the fridge for days and a weird craving for peanut butter).
The result? A fantastic mousse, like a restaurant dessert, but fully prepared with a blender and two bowls. And the best part is that you don’t have anything to bake (just a little bit of melted chocolate, but what the heck). Oh, and in case you’re wondering, yes, it’s also dairy-free, egg-free, and 100% vegan. But I promise you that no one will notice. Preparation time
