Ever have one of those days where you just can’t even with cooking? Yeah, me too. Sometimes you just need a sweet treat without the fuss of baking or cooking. So, I found myself staring into the fridge, hoping for some inspiration when I saw a lonely tub of yogurt and a bar of chocolate. That’s when the idea hit!
Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup granola
Fresh berries (optional)
How to Make It
Put the yogurt in a bowl.
Stir in the honey and vanilla extract.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds or until melted.
Mix the melted chocolate into the yogurt.
Layer yogurt and granola in a glass.
Add fresh berries on top, if using.
Serve
Grab a spoon and dig in right away!
