4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
How to Make It
Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil.
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach to the sauce, stirring until the spinach wilts.
Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce.
