Ingredients
5 medium potatoes
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Thinly slice the potatoes.
Heat a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
Layer the potato slices in the skillet.
Pour the heavy cream over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Top with shredded cheese.
Transfer the skillet to the oven.
Bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
Serve
Spoon onto plates and enjoy while warm, straight from the skillet.
