Last night’s kitchen adventure turned into a creamy triumph. I tossed everything into one pan and hoped for the best. The result? A comforting, cheesy delight that I didn’t even have to stir constantly!
Ingredients
2 cups uncooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chicken slices and cook until lightly browned.
Add garlic, stirring for 1 minute.
Pour in cream and chicken broth.
Add uncooked pasta to the pan.
Bring to a simmer and reduce heat to low.
Cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve
Serve hot, straight from the pan, with a sprinkle of extra Parmesan on top.
