There’s something about a one-pan meal that speaks to my tired soul, especially after a long day when the last thing I want is a pile of dishes. I once tried making a similar dish and completely forgot the garlic. Rookie mistake! It was bland, and I was so disappointed. But then I stumbled upon a trick—using a bit of cream and lots of garlic to make everything taste like a hug in a bowl. It’s been a game-changer. Now, this creamy garlic chicken is a staple in my weeknight rotation.
