Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Add broccoli to the same skillet and sauté for a few minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Return chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and cook until chicken is done and cheese is melted.
