Kremowy One- Pan kurczaka Alfredo

Enter the Chicken Alfredo saga. I once overcooked the pasta into mushy oblivion, but not this time!

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, diced

2 cups penne pasta

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add diced chicken and cook until browned.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.

Add penne pasta to the skillet.

Bring to a simmer and cover. Cook for 12-15 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve

Spoon into bowls and enjoy while warm.
