One- Pan Serowe Szpinak Pasta

This one-pan dish is a lifesaver when you’re tired and hungry!

Ingredients

8 oz pasta (any type you like)

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

1 cup milk

1 cup vegetable broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It

In a large pan, combine pasta, spinach, milk, and vegetable broth.

Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.

Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and gooey.

Serve

Serve it straight from the pan, and dig in!
