Ever had one of those nights where you just can’t deal with a complicated dinner? Yeah, me too. So, I tossed together this cheesy one-pan broccoli pasta bake that turned out way better than I thought it would. I mean, I forgot to add the garlic at first and ended up with just pasta and broccoli. But hey, it still worked.
Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta (any shape you like)
2 cups of broccoli florets
2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large oven-safe pan, combine the pasta, broccoli, cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together until combined.
Top with breadcrumbs if you want a crispy topping.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
Dig in right from the pan or serve it up in bowls. Perfect for cozy nights in!
