Cheesy One- Pan Chicken and Broccoli Bake

After a long day of work, I just wanted something comforting for dinner. You know that feeling when you want to whip something up without spending hours in the kitchen? That was me last night. I had some chicken breasts and broccoli in the fridge, and I thought, ‘Why not make a cheesy bake?’

But of course, I almost messed it up! I got distracted scrolling through my phone and forgot to add the garlic. In the end, I just sprinkled some on top before it went into the oven. To my surprise, it turned out amazing!

This one-pan wonder is so easy. You just throw everything into a baking dish, cover it with cheese, and let the oven do the work. It’s creamy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. Plus, clean-up is a breeze!

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon paprika

How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large baking dish, drizzle olive oil and add chicken breasts.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Add broccoli florets around the chicken.

Pour heavy cream over everything.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
