This comforting pasta bake is a perfect weeknight meal.
Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta (penne or fusilli work great)
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 cup of fresh spinach
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, fresh spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
