This pasta bake is a comforting dish that you can easily whip up any night of the week!
Ingredients
8 oz pasta (your choice)
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup milk
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk.
Add the cooked pasta and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan to the mixture and stir well.
Transfer everything to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve
Serve hot, straight from the baking dish, and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
