This cheesy garlic pasta bake is easy and comforting. Perfect for a busy weeknight!
Ingredients
8 oz pasta (any type)
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, garlic, diced tomatoes, milk, oregano, and half of the shredded cheese.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix everything together.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese and parmesan on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
