Ingredients

8 ounces of pasta (like penne or fusilli)

1 can (14 ounces) of diced tomatoes

1 cup of vegetable broth

1 cup of heavy cream

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup of fresh basil leaves

1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make It

In a large pan, combine the pasta, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
