Kremowy One- Pan Szpinak i Feta Pasta

This creamy pasta is a weeknight lifesaver!

Ingredients

8 oz pasta of your choice

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 cups water

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the pasta and water to the pan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to a simmer and cover, cooking until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.

Stir in the spinach and feta cheese until everything is well combined.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
