Ever had one of those days where you just want something comforting but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen? Yeah, me too. I decided to whip up something quick and easy—this one-pan cheesy broccoli and chicken bake. But let me tell you, I almost ruined it! I got distracted scrolling through my phone and forgot to add the garlic. Thankfully, it still turned out delicious, but I’ll make sure not to forget it next time!
Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, broccoli, and shredded chicken.
Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
