One- Pan Cheesy Szpinak i makaron pomidorowy

This easy pasta will satisfy your cravings with minimal effort.

Ingredients

8 ounces of pasta (your choice)

1 can of diced tomatoes

2 cups of fresh spinach

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.

Pour in the canned tomatoes (with juice) and bring to a simmer.

Add the pasta and enough water to cover it. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.

Stir in the fresh spinach and half of the mozzarella cheese until melted.

Top with the remaining cheese and cover the pan for a couple of minutes until the cheese is gooey.

Serve

Serve it straight from the pan with a sprinkle of extra cheese on top, and dig in!
