One- Pan Cheesy Szpinak Piec makaronowy

Ever have one of those nights where you just want something comforting without all the fuss? Yeah, me too. I was craving pasta but didn’t want to deal with a million pots and pans. So, I decided to throw everything together in one dish. I thought it would be a breeze, but I accidentally left it in the oven for a bit too long and ended up with some crispy edges. Turns out, that was a happy accident!

Ingredients

8 ounces of pasta (your choice)

2 cups fresh spinach

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup water

How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large baking dish, combine the pasta, spinach, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic powder, salt, pepper, marinara sauce, and water.

Stir everything together until well mixed.

Sprinkle the parmesan on top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve

Serve it straight from the dish, and enjoy every cheesy bite!
