Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cooked rice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a baking dish, drizzle olive oil and toss in the broccoli.
Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken on top of the broccoli.
If using, sprinkle cooked rice around the chicken.
Top everything with shredded cheese.
