Pasta kremowa – Pasta szpinakowa

Ever have one of those nights where you just want something comforting but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen? Yeah, me too. I was staring at a box of pasta and a bag of spinach, feeling the weight of the day on my shoulders. I thought about making a complicated sauce but then had a lightbulb moment! Why not just throw everything in one pan?

Ingredients

8 oz pasta of your choice

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated cheese (like Parmesan or mozzarella)

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: red pepper flakes for spice

How to Make It

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the pasta and enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil and cook according to package instructions.

Once the pasta is almost done, stir in the spinach and heavy cream.

Cook until the spinach wilts and the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

Serve

Serve it straight from the pan for a cozy dinner or plate it up with a sprinkle of extra cheese on top. Perfect with a side of garlic bread!
