Ingredients
8 oz pasta (any shape)
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for drizzling
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta and half of the mozzarella to the bowl; stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
