Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta.
1 can (15 ounces) of diced tomatoes.
1 cup of heavy cream.
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a baking dish, combine the uncooked pasta, diced tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix in half of the mozzarella cheese and all the basil.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
