This cheesy dish is perfect for those lazy weeknights.
Ingredients
8 ounces of your favorite pasta.
2 cups of marinara sauce.
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
1 cup of ricotta cheese.
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
1/2 cup of water.
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a baking dish, mix the uncooked pasta with marinara sauce, ricotta, water, and Italian seasoning.
Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and stir well.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
Serve it straight from the dish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs if you have them!
