Ingredients
2 cups uncooked pasta (like penne or fusilli)
1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large baking dish, combine the uncooked pasta, diced tomatoes, broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
