Serowe pasta z czosnkiem Piec

Ever had one of those weeks where you just can’t? You know, the kind where you come home, plop on the couch, and stare blankly at the fridge? Yeah, that was me last night. I had this sudden craving for something cheesy and comforting, but I didn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. So, I threw together this Cheesy Garlic Butter Pasta Bake, and let me tell you, it was a total game-changer!

Ingredients

8 ounces pasta (like penne or rigatoni).

4 tablespoons butter.

4 cloves garlic, minced.

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved.

Fresh basil for garnish.

How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.

In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning.

Add in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese and cherry tomatoes.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Serve

Dig in straight from the dish, and enjoy the melty, cheesy goodness!
