Ever had one of those days where you just want to throw everything into a dish and call it dinner? That was me last week. I was exhausted, staring at a half-empty fridge, and all I could think of was how much I craved something cheesy and comforting. I had some pasta, a few sad veggies, and a longing for that melty goodness.
Ingredients
2 cups of pasta (any kind)
1 cup of mixed vegetables (like broccoli, bell peppers, or spinach)
2 cups of shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar work great)
1 cup of marinara sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil (for greasing the dish)
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, vegetables, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the pasta mixture into it. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
Dig in straight from the baking dish for a cozy, cheesy feast!
