This creamy, cheesy pasta is an easy weeknight dinner that comes together in just one pan.
Ingredients
8 oz pasta (any shape)
3 cups vegetable broth
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
How to Make It
In a large pan, combine the pasta and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
Add olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, and basil. Stir well.
Cook until the pasta is al dente and most of the broth is absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve
