Serowy pomidor. Basil Pasta

After a long day, there’s nothing like a comforting bowl of pasta.

Ingredients

8 ounces of pasta (any type)

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

2 cups vegetable broth

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It

In a large pan, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, vegetable broth, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the pasta is al dente, remove from heat and stir in mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.

Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken up.

Serve

Enjoy it straight from the pan, topped with extra basil if you like!
