How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.

Press half of this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.

In another bowl, toss the diced peaches with honey or maple syrup.

Spread the peach mixture evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top of the peaches.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing into bars.

Serve

Serve these Peach Oat Bars warm or at room temperature, perhaps with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert.
