How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
Pour in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until just combined.
Spread the mixed berries evenly in a baking dish.
Pour the batter over the berries, making sure they are mostly covered.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Serve
Let it cool slightly, then spoon servings into bowls. The jammy berry juices will pool around the soft cake, making it a perfect dessert to share.
