I was craving something cheesy and hearty but almost burned my pasta because I got distracted scrolling through social media. I forgot to set a timer, and by the time I remembered, it was almost too late! But hey, I salvaged it and made this delicious Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Pasta Bake instead.
Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta (any shape)
1 cup frozen spinach
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, frozen spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth out the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve
