This cheesy garlic pasta bake is the ultimate comfort food for busy nights!
Ingredients
8 oz pasta (penne or rotini works best)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
