How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
In a greased baking dish, layer the sliced peaches and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Pour the batter over the peaches and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before flipping it onto a plate.
