You know those nights when you just want something comforting but can’t be bothered to put in much effort? Yeah, I had one of those last week. I was craving pasta but didn’t want to deal with a million pots and pans. So, I tossed some ingredients together in one pan, and oh boy, was that a game changer!
Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine works great).
3 tablespoons of butter.
4 cloves of garlic, minced.
1 cup of heavy cream.
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish).
How to Make It
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
Mix in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve
Serve it straight from the pan for a cozy, casual meal. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!
