Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large oven-safe pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken chunks, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is browned.
Stir in the broccoli florets and cooked rice.
Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
