How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a baking dish, spread the mixed berries evenly across the bottom.

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter over the berries in the baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden on top.
