Peachy Upside-Down Cake


How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a round cake pan with some of the melted butter.

Arrange the peach slices in the bottom of the pan.

In a bowl, mix the remaining melted butter, sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

Pour the batter over the peaches.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Serve

Let it cool for a few minutes, then flip it onto a plate. Serve warm and enjoy the syrupy peach goodness!
