For the first time in nearly 150 years, Spain is preparing for a queen in her own right — and she is just 20 years old.
Her name is Leonor, Princess of Asturias, the official heir to the Spanish throne. As the eldest daughter of Felipe VI, Leonor stands first in the line of succession. When her father eventually steps aside or passes on the crown, she is expected to become Queen of Spain.
